Not too bad
I’m not gonna lie, my building was likely built pre wwII, but they do a good job of keeping it up. No parking drama here, quiet & pleasant neighbors, too many speed bumps, laugher facilities always working, location is wonderful but van dyke is hell going east, they do keep up the property very well and the maintenance guys here will fix anything and fix it fast with zero hassle, I haven’t had to deal w management because I pay my rent on time. Been pretty happy here, I thought it was gonna be... like Auschwitz cause of the look of the building but it’s nice, I think everyone has a lake view, lots of pleasant retirees. That’s all i got. It’s old but kept up well, good price and no nonsense :-) I would give it 4&1/2 if this stupid website would let me

A place to call home
Beautiful landscape and apartments. Quiet and friendly community. Outstanding management. Lived here for years and it just gets better every year. I highly recommend Lake Carlton Arms.

Happy renters
That 's the first time in a long time that we are renting. Ownership with all the worries. We start our 4th year. We had a couple of issues that the management resolved quickly. Everything is kept spotless. Regrets? yes, we should have come earlier.

Outstanding
The property is amazingly well maintained. Roads, tree trimming, buildings constantly maintained and updated. Maintenance requests are usually performed within hours. Office staff are friendly and always responsive. Definitely an outstanding, well managed community.
