The staff especially Vivian and Cole go out of their way to please! Moving from another state they made ne feel at home right away. The apartment couldn't be better. Clean and beautiful. I couldn't ask for more... I am extremely happy. I absolutely love it here!

Excellent apartments. I've been here for a year. I just renewed my contract. The workers are very efficient and friendly. The apartments are very comfortable. All areas are clean and safe. The maintenance staff is good and friendly. They have a 10 out of 10.

I recently had an appointment as a prospective resident, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, Monica, the leasing agent, made me feel unwelcome. After an hour-long drive, I asked to use the restroom, and she responded with an attitude. The tour itself was unprofessional and lackluster—rather than guiding me through the property as most leasing agents do, she simply sat down and told me to check out the units on my own.
She showed me only three... units and didn’t bother to walk me through the rest of the community, including key amenities like the gym, pool, or laundry facilities. It was only after I specifically asked about the gym that she finally decided to show me. Her behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated this way due to my race.
This experience made it clear that this is not a community where I would feel valued or respected. I will be taking my search elsewhere. If you're looking for a welcoming and professional leasing experience, I would not recommend booking a tour here. The office staff were unfriendly, lazy, and unprofessional.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, the management very responsive and the maintenance team is excellent (available 24/7 and responds same day or next day at the latest)
This gated community is safe, well maintained with beautiful landscaping, the pools are clean and the gym is quite good.
I have been here about 9 months now and I love this place
