Property Details
This house is pretty unique and very cool. It was built a few years after WW2 and is a concrete block home with steel frame windows. It is set back away from the street much further back from normal so the front yard looks gigantic and the whole... property is full of very tall mature trees that give the property the feeling like you're in the middle of the country even though you're actually in the middle of the city. The fact the house is set so far back from the street also helps reduce noise and increases privacy. The back yard is also very large. House is on 1/3 of an acre. The bedrooms are big and the kitchen is big and the living room is big. Bathroom is small and tight, 1940s style. The house flows very nicely and the third bedroom was originally the garage- it kinda has the feel of a bonus room and it is super big, has a large walk-in closet, and the washer and dryer are in that room. It would make for a great office or artistic room. This house is great is you have dogs. The neighborhood is safe and many of the adjacent streets have houses that are all historic and most have been renovated. The location is almost dead center in the middle of Tampa, so you really can get around the city quickly.
The photos have furniture in them just for illustrative purposes. No furniture is included in the contract. Neither are any utilities. We are flexible on how long the lease is for, but usually we do 12 month contracts.
If you interested, call or email us and we will be happy to answer any questions and to schedule a showing if you like. We are available 7 days a week for showings.
