I have lived at the vertex for the past couple of months. It’s super affordable especially for everything that it comes with! It’s a really friendly community. All the amenities are really nice. What I loved most about my apartment is the high ceilings and upgraded appliances. If your a student at FSU, it’s about a 2-3 minute drive from campus.

Nice apartment ! Leasing staff is always helpful! I love my unit everything is up to date. Maintenance comes in a timely manner. Great place to live .

The vertex fit my budget perfectly and has a very good design compared to all the other apartments i looked at. I love the area and the way they are organized. The marble kitchen and bathroom sold it for me. I’m not leaving as long as I’m in Tallahassee.

If you're big on professionalism, maintenance, customer service, cleanliness, efficiency.. etc DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Theyre liars, and just overall not genuine people.. they will literally ignore work orders & not do anything that theyve promised to do, but hound you for money every chance they get. You can't have a direct and mature conversation with people that expect you to put up with things they wouldn't tolerate. They also ALWAYS act as if they have no knowledge of the common issues you may... be having. Its just very bothersome Just dont do it.
