I get what I paid for! I think the new management has been way better than the past one, I see they are trying to improve stuff and solving issues fast!

Very nice and quick maintenance staff. Problems get solved fairly quickly and the office staff is very nice, and communicate with residents.

Cute apartment, love the facilities included like the gym and pool, the staff is super nice, but maintenance takes a very long time to come by to fix things.

I do enjoy living here, especially for the price, my only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit when moving in. The location is a good distance from both FSU and TSC.
