Living here has been a good experience so far, people are friendly, maintenance keeps property clean and repaired, leasing office staff are nice to communicate with, overall I would recommend anyone looking for decent place to rent to come here.

Maintenance could be better, overall good space in units. Maybe a bit more care for apartments and amenities such as excercise room equipment. Possibly replacing or updating things for residents to be able to use.

Overall, my stay at the Social has been comfortable and homey. My maintenance requests get completed, the office has been nothing but patient and nice with me, and the activities hosted are fun to attend and delicious to eat!

I barely have any issues and when I do it’s small and can easily be fixed! The community is so nice with friendly neighbors where I’m okay with interacting with them!
