very accommodating, i do feel like maintenance can be a little slow. sharing utilities gets a bit pricey and adds a decent amount to my rent. overall i enjoy living here

I’ve had a great experience living at Social Seminole Apartments. The community is modern, well-maintained, and designed with students in mind. The apartments are spacious, clean, and come with updated interiors that make day-to-day living comfortable. The amenities, including study spaces, fitness areas, and common lounges, are a big plus and create a nice balance between work and social life.
The location is extremely convenient, especially for FSU students, with easy access to campus,... restaurants, and public transportation. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful, which really makes a difference when issues come up. Overall, Social Seminole provides a safe, comfortable, and community-oriented living experience, and I would definitely recommend it to students or young professionals looking for housing near campus.
