I really enjoy the interactions with the staff but, they are understaffed and unavailable often. The phone line does not get picked up 50% of the time. Upon moving in there were a lot of things not set up or clearly broken.

So far my experience is good with social seminole. I like the community and organised environment. The place is quite clean, and closer to all the shops and restaurants.

The unit has several issues that need attention. We raised these complaints multiple times, but no action has been taken. Burners on the stove are not working, and the microwave is also non-functional. The sink extension pipe used for rinsing and cleaning is broken, and some lights are not functioning properly. Additionally, the AC system makes a loud noise when operating, and there is water leakage from the windows during rainfall. The mirror in my room has a visible crack, and several areas of... the wooden furniture have cracks as well. The unit has not been cleaned properly, and there is a significant presence of cockroaches throughout the space, which is concerning.
