ReNew Tallahassee is cool, I like it. It’s mostly quiet. The complex has lots of visitor parking. They just constantly want you to renew your lease.

Move in was extremely smooth and painless, and the apartment has been amazing so far. The people working at the front desk are always very polite and have been extremely attentive and helpful towards any issues or questions I might have.

Bad . I have no A/C . Water in kitchen isn’t running . The tenants here are strange and scream in hallways at 2 am . I’m glad that I only signed a short lease .
