nice! love it and everything is great. i have enjoyed my stay here so far. everything is pretty much and all of my neighbors are outgoing and nice.

They are a great apartment complex. I recommend that to anybody and I recommend that people should come move into our apartment complex and see what the luxury they have.

The community is great. The staff here is also great whether its with the maintenance request to questions in the office. The amenities are one of the best upheld amenitie.

Living at Renew has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I honestly cannot recommend it. From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the management’s promises don’t align with the reality of living here. Maintenance requests often go unanswered for far too long, and when they are addressed, the fixes feel like temporary bandages rather than actual solutions. The common areas are not kept up to a standard that justifies the cost of rent, and there is a general lack of communication... from the office staff that makes simple tasks feel like a struggle. For the price being charged, you expect a certain level of professionalism and comfort, but unfortunately, this complex consistently falls short. It’s been a pleasant experience living at renew Tallahassee. The front office is very helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are nice.
