We are right on the beach! the beach is your backyard!. And we are only minutes away to attractions like The Oleta River State Park, Gulfstream Park Racing/Casino, etc.

You have an 8 minutes walk (0.4 miles south) from the apartment to where the shops plaza starts. If you walk 2 more minutes in the same direction (total of 10 minutes) you have a 24 hours CVS where you can find almost everything you may need, including pharmacy. And 2 more minutes in the same direction there's a Publix supermarket. So that makes it a total of 12 minutes walk if you go from the apartment straight to the supermarket (0.6 miles total). In the same plaza there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, car rentals, banks, and lots of other shops. The Aventura Mall is only 1.3 miles west of the apartment.
