I lived in a 3rd floor unit here for almost 3 years. Loved the location, off-street parking, and kind neighbors. John, the landlord was always quick to address any concerns and prides himself on keeping a clean and respectful environment. Noise complaints are taken seriously, the common areas are cleaned regularly, and the grounds are well kept. It is a gem in St. Augustine.
