Warning to anyone booking long stays with this company.
I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days.
I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation.
Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process.
Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a... terrible business practice and creates a huge inconvenience for customers who may need those funds to book somewhere else.
Very frustrating experience. I would be extremely cautious booking with this company

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. That definitely sounds frustrating. I do want to clarify that this may be related to another establishment, as The Landings at San Marco only offers 12-month lease terms and does not accommodate... short-term or 30-day stays.
We understand how inconvenient situations like this can be, especially when funds are tied up during the refund process. While this doesn’t align with our leasing policies, we truly appreciate you bringing this to attention and hope everything is resolved quickly on your end.

Great Service!
I have been provided exceptional service from Jen & Tahnia. These ladies have made my transition to Florida such a smooth and stress free process. They truly have gone above and beyond and are super professional. I would highly recommend friends and family to move here. You can't beat the level of outstanding customer service, professionalism and genuineness. Thank you ladies & the rest of the team for all you do ?? God bless.
