I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days.
I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation.
Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process.
Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a... terrible business practice and creates a huge inconvenience for customers who may need those funds to book somewhere else.
Very frustrating experience. I would be extremely cautious booking with this company

Great Service!
I have been provided exceptional service from Jen & Tahnia. These ladies have made my transition to Florida such a smooth and stress free process. They truly have gone above and beyond and are super professional. I would highly recommend friends and family to move here.
