Samuel “Sammy” Hale was born in Key Largo, Florida, and moved to St. Augustine to attend Flagler College in 2001. Upon earning his degree in Business Administration in 2005, Sammy decided to make St. Augustine his home. Sammy’s career in real estate began as a sales associate in 2005; in 2011, he became the broker of Superior Real Estate Services, LLC. Sammy is passionate about preserving the magic of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. He specializes in assisting property owners realize their dreams of transforming the town into a place that locals will support and love, but that continues to bring visitors from near and far to experience the Nation’s Oldest City. Since Superior Real Estate’s inception in 2011, Sammy has grown a thriving commercial and residential property management and sales business. Some of Sammy’s notable transactions include Flagler College Fitness Center and Bookstore, River and Fort Restaurant, Mojo’s Barbeque, Casa Reina, Catch 27, St. Augustine Shipwreck Treasure Museum, 11 Aviles Street, and many more. Sammy’s mission is to continue to beautify St. Augustine and make a life-long relationship with every customer. Sammy believes in this community and wants to ensure that local businesses, homeowners, residents, and property owners are given the quality services and support they deserve. When not working, you can find Sammy fishing on the “Hale Yeah” in the waters of St. Augustine as a US Coast Guard licensed captain. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Leigh Ann, and two daughters, Corinna and Elliette, out on the water and supporting the local businesses of St. Augustine.
