I recently moved in about four days ago, and I have to say Keetah is absolutely AMAZING! She truly cares about her residents and ensures her resident's needs are a priority. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and feels safe. If you are someone who is looking for a serene apartment within 10 minutes of shopping and 25 minutes from the beach, I highly suggest you stop by and speak to Keetah! She will NOT disappoint!!

Satisfied renter
This is a chill place to live. The manager, Laurie, is an experienced apartment manager. She is conscientious and courteous. She does a good job of making things run smoothly and efficiently. Between Laurie and the maintenance specialist, they do a great job of keeping the units and outside areas in good shape.
