Very good maintenance crew, lawn care is excellent, activities directors put on interesting things to do, management is good and responsive. Fountain Villas is safe and secure, well located in the Rockledge, Viera, Melbourne and Cocoa/Merritt Island areas. Not far from Cape Canveral and other interesting places to visit. Good neighbors as well, good diverse community. Located in a suburban type of neighborhood. Been here going on fourth lease. so what does that tell ya...lol!

Everyone is so nice! Move in was smooth, ample parking, I do wish there was some kind of a bike rack, as coming up the stairs with a bike is difficult. Landscaping is nice and groomed.
