Very nice community. My only concern is the hot tub temperature is too hot! But I am confident that the maintenance team will address my concerns in a timely fashion.

I recently moved in, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The staff has been exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the transition much easier.
For an older building, the level of upkeep has been impressive. The property is well-maintained, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. Additionally, the maintenance team has been both timely and professional, addressing any requests efficiently and with care.
Overall, my... experience so far has been very positive, and I’m pleased with both the quality of the property and the level of service provided.

I love my apartment and my view out my living room slider is so pretty. It’s a very peaceful community. It’s a short walking distance to my favorite pizza place and ice cream polar!

Sprinklers are aimed at the vehicles and at the sidewalk for 3230. Constantly getting hard water on the cars, and soaking you whenever they are on and you have to go in or out.
