Living at the preserve for the last two plus years has been so peaceful. The staff is friendly, the neighbors are quiet, considerate and engaging as they pass by on their daily walks. The grounds are kept clean and any maintenance is answered promptly. I will always recommend this as a suggestive home to my friends or co workers.

This community is safe, quiet. They have Resident events twice a month so you fet to meet new neighbors. Clean and the maintenance is awesome! I am so glad to call this community my home.

When I complained about the new lawn service not finishing the job, I was told, they are transitioning to our community. It's not rocket science that you weedeat, edge, mow and blow. They left areas where nothing was done.
The sprinklers have been turned off for a week or so, I'm assuming for the freeze. State gardners are saying that the freeze is over and everything needs water.
Parking has become challenging. I don't personally have an issue as I have a garage. Visitors have issues... finding space.
There are street lights that have been out 6 months ir more. I keep reporting it and sm told it's on FPL. If it was me, I'd be calling FPL every week for service.
There are sprinklers that have been broken for many many months. Someone comes out, puts flags out and never come back to fix them.
I still love my apartment and signed my lease for another year.
