525 Avalon is a great community. The leasing staff, Property Manager and maintenance crew are all very friendly and efficient with getting things done. They have activities for all ages on site which helps neighbors connect.

I live at the far end of the community in a spacious 1 room with attached garage. Although the amenities have declined and the hot tub was removed the staff have always been responsive when I had a maintenance or rent issue.
The only downside has been this year’s substantial rent increase. But at the new amount expectations will be raised. I have not experienced the rudeness others have noted in their reviews, but perhaps the apartment area is managed differently than the townhouses?
The... previous furnishings of the clubhouse were far more comfortable. The curt furnishings remind one of the uncomfortable benches in parks that prevent sleeping.
I think it would be worth the rent if the clubhouse were more welcoming and in good repair but since I’m at such a distance from it it has been less of an issue.
The one suggestion I have is to install a bank of mailboxes for buildings 31 and 32.
