Live anywhere in Tampa but here. I have been here since November and after having filed numerous complaints against my upstairs neighbors constantly banging and slamming on the floors to the point that it shakes my entire apartment, they did absolutely nothing about it and even informed me that my upstairs neighbors filed a complaint against me because I had confronted them and asked them to please be respectful.

Summerall has a beautiful property, great amenities, and a convenient location. The office staff has been courteous and professional. My only significant concern has been ongoing excessive noise from the apartment above mine, which has unfortunately affected my overall living experience. I hope this issue can be resolved so that I can fully enjoy living here.

Summerall Luxury Apartments has got to be one of the most innovative apartment complexes here in the greater Tampa area. With a focus on integrated technology and security, I am always at peace with my own safety as well as that of my car, mail, and way of life. I just moved to Florida for the first time and so far, I can say that Summerall has made the move-in process an incredibly easy experience. Being that I am a military servicemember, I needed an apartment that would be able to work with... me online. Summerall and their team were able to deliver and I was able to communicate all my needs before move-in. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful property and their tight-knit community!
