HOA TERMS: Vivante rules apply. They charge $150 per application and have a 15 day approval process. There is a 3 pet max with no dogs above 30lbs. There is also a 6 person per unit maximum.

INCLUDED: Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the home. Water, electricity and trash are the tenant's responsibility. No lawn care is needed. Washer/dryer present. Wifi and cable are provided by the HOA.
