The staff and residents are helpful and friendly. The staff goes out of it way to make sure repairs are done swiftly. I can’t say enough about Eddie he is always quick to address issues. Love my apartment.$

I enjoy living at the cadence in Nocatee. The office staff is very helpful. The property is well maintained. The Apartment size is bigger than most apartments.

Very quiet, nice and clean apartments. Front desk is always so nice! Moved here in June and no issues at all. Would recommend to other people!

Absolutely love my apartment. Noise is a problem at times and the last time I had a maintenance issue no one ever came. Pool is great. I wish the gym had more equipment
