Finding these apartments has been a dream for us. Great location and clean grounds. The pool is off the chain beautiful, with cabañas and grill spot. The gym has nice equipment for a great workout. Office personnel are super friendly and make everything easy. The maintenance crew informative and quick to repair. The overall experience has just been lovely. Thank you for all that y’all do to make this happen.

what can I say about where we live. Well I wish the pool table was more available during the weekday, but I do understand. the swimming pool is great. But on those clear sunny days i wish there were more shape LOL

I live at Coquina Bay and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months, which reflects my overall positive experience.
The maintenance team is very efficient and responds quickly to work orders. The property is generally well kept, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
On the downside, I have not been able to connect to the Wi-Fi at the pool and gym, and the pool furniture and grill area could be cleaned more often.
Overall, I am satisfied with the community and happy to continue... living here.
