Need a gate at the front of the community for safety and the Parking needs to be better need amenities and doggy bags need to be refilled. Trash around property needs to be cleaned up

"I love my apartment at The Harper at Trout River The location is perfect – just a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants, and the bus stop is right around the corner. well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive. They even host monthly community events, which is a great way to meet neighbors. Overall, it's a quiet and friendly community, and I highly recommend it

Very nice and quiet place.I have been here for about 2, almost 3 months now and things are going smoothly. The staff is really friendly and it was an easy process getting in.
