After graduating from West Point, Sunny served six years as an Army officer, leading soldiers at Fort Bragg and later supporting Gold Star Families and Wounded Warriors at Fort Belvoir. Mike, also a West Point graduate, served 12 years, including multiple combat tours. Along the way, they PCS’d more times than they can count, bought and sold under tight deadlines, and mastered the art of turning a house into a home—fast. Those experiences shaped their approach to real estate. They understand the stress, excitement, and sometimes the chaos that come with moving, and they’ve built their Tampa Bay real estate practice around making that process smoother for veterans, military families, and anyone seeking a trusted partner. Sunny and Mike are strong advocates for the VA loan program, often working with local and national leaders to correct misconceptions and expand opportunities for veterans. Sunny serves on the Rotary and several nonprofit boards supporting veterans, children, and the homeless. Mike is active in the American Legion and in Plant City’s veteran community.
