All adults over the age of 18 living in the home must apply separately. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets, no aggressive breed dogs allowed) A non-refundable $350 cleaning fee is required, to be paid upon move-in. This cleaning fee is required up front, and will be credited to the tenants account, to be applied to cleaning services at the time that a tenant moves out of the property. If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application. If negative information is found in any category, the application is subject to denial.
