First of all Kim and Savannah are the best! Their personalities sold me on the place before I even saw the property. Very helpful and kind, the type of people I want to be dealing with with anything apartment related. The property is beautiful, amazing pool area and gym that actually has everything you'd need. Definitely a community you want to be a part of. Apartments are modern and clean. Maintence is friendly and deals with issues quickly. Filing maintenance repair requests is easy through... their app. I love it here!

Just a stone's throw from the beach
Love it here. The leasing office team has been amazing. Friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. Thank you Cara and Savannah! The amenities are beyond anything else in the area. It feels like I'm living at a resort.

Apartment living with a condo feel.
The apartments have upper scale cabinetry and a stainless appliances. Trash pick up service at your door. The glass walk-in shower is amazing. And the guest bathroom with large tub is also amazing. Balconies are great and screened with a beautiful view of the pond with the fountain.

Get a top floor at all costs
No insulation, poorly built. You will hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors through the ceiling and floors. The ceilings crack and snap with every footstep. Also all military or old people, so the noise starts at the crack of dawn. You can hear parking lot conversations 3 stories up inside your unit. Floor plans don't allow any normal sized furniture to fit properly. Avoid any units with backyards unless you enjoy hearing dogs. Just as many dogs as tenants at this property. Amenities... always broken. Internet not strong enough to stream TV or work remotely.

What a beautiful property!
This property is absolutely gorgeous! My tour guide Jocelyn was fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable. The finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms were really pretty and spacious, it felt really comfortable to be in on the tour. Closet space was good, the balcony is my favorite part.
