All occupants must fill out an application form in pdf and must be on lease. All adult occupants have to do background check. Move-in fee not refundable for deep cleaning and carpet wash.

Short term (less than 6 month) lease need to pay 12% sales tax. High Speed Internet is included. All other utilities (water, sewer, electricity, lawn) will be charged to tenants.
