If you move here, prepare to see Port Orange Police here 2-4 times a week for criminal/DV occurrences. The gates haven’t worked since I moved here and mail is never secure. Homeless people hanging out on staircases and this is supposed to be a luxury-gated community. Maintenance barge in, complete invasion of privacy. Dog poop and cigarettes are all over this property. It’s a new complex but is not well maintained. All summer staff would highjack the pool and blast country music with drunk... guests while smoking. My stairs have nasty stains on them that never get cleaned. Do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here. Save you money and headache!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to live
The Atlantic apartments are very spacious and very luxurious. One of the biggest saltwater pools I have ever seen. Maintenance is excellent as well as the office staff. Surrounded by every place you could need to go in maybe 2 miles to Daytona Beach. Very lucky to live here.

A wonderful introduction with an awesome person
Saleena was absolutely attentive and very patient with our needs and questions. We had spent some time prior to our visit today to find the best unit and location. Since we live in Jupiter FL it was close to 3 hour drive and despite our delay’s, she was flexible enough to stay after closing and take the time to ensure we knew which unit to select for our November move. Between trying to find the best place, and community plus not being familiar with the area, everything is stressful, but... Saleena definitely made the decision so much easier for us. We love the unit she helped us find. Now we can say that we are looking forward to our move , the place is gorgeous. Thanks again Saleena.

Heaven on earth
Amazing service I had with Selena. The place was beautiful, staff was amazing, and it literally has everything I need to create my own person heaven on earth.
So lucky I found this place before moving from Charlotte
