You’ll be living just steps from the beach and within half a mile of parks and scenic walking trails. The outdoor pool is open year-round, and we’ve equipped you with beach chairs, a beach cart, and pool toys—just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen!

For active adventurers, there’s so much to explore nearby:
- Tennis courts
- State parks with hiking trails
- Miles of nature trails and bike paths along A1A
- The Halifax River with kayak rentals
- Year-round surfing with private lessons available from a local surf shop
- PGA-rated golf courses
- Thrilling water sports like parasailing and jet skiing in Daytona Beach

When it’s time to relax indoors, enjoy our 50” 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable, access to your favorite streaming services, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. A variety of board games, books, and magazines are also at your disposal for cozy nights in.

Your home is designed for restful nights. Your 2 inviting bedrooms each have a plush queen bed with views: one of the beach from the window, the other overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you can prepare meals with ease. You’ll find:
- Full-sized appliances: oven with glass stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, and countertop icemaker
- A wide selection of cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware
- Small appliances: Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, and blender

We provide all the essentials:
- Pillows, sheets, bedspread, and blanket for each bed. You may bring your own if you prefer.
- Cleaning supplies and broom, vacuum, mop
- One set of towels and beach towels per resident.

We also have beach chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys - we only ask that you rinse them of sand and salt water and dry them before storing!

The full-sized bathroom features a shower-tub combination and a 1600-watt hair dryer for your convenience.
