I've had a lease here for almost 2 years now and i couldn't be more eager for my lease to be over. Management here likes to throw out the term growing pains a lot with all the issues they have. The management of this property are beyond incompetent. What they get payed to do besides try to finagle new residents i don't really know. The "Gated Community" has gates that work maybe 30% of the time since i have lived here and I promise you that is not an exaggeration. They have cameras as well to... help secure the property right? They don't work either lol. Quiet hours are 10pm for the pool. The only people enforcing it are the residents who have to get out of bed and call a "peace officer" who occasionally handles it when he has time. There was once an instance where i went down when some people who don't live here jumped the fence to the pool and were having a party at midnight in the pool. I asked them to leave and was threatened to be jumped and drama ensued. Obviously the gates don't work and the cameras so the trespassers get away. Now for my safety i need to come down with pepper spray to ask people to leave the pool in the middle of the night because I'm trying to sleep. The water fountain at the gym does not work lol. Yes that that last one is minor but there are so many more issues my friends that i can go on forever. I promise you to whatever higher power you believe in nothing i have stated is untrue. It is managed by grossly incompetent individuals that should quite frankly be fired. that is not an opinion it is a fact. Objectively they don't do their job well. Stay away from this place. The only pro of this property is the maintenance team when you have an issue inside your apartment they handle it with class and quickly. Honestly those guys are great competent people. This gated community has “gates” that do not work. Anyone can come in and go. The cameras watching the cars coming and out don’t work. So imagine how unsafe that can be for the tenants in this property. And this has been an ongoing issue at this property since I have been here. I was one of the first people to move in and honestly was being patient thinking they must be capable of figuring it out. But obviously I was wrong. Random people come and use the amenities at all hours of the night.... Causing noise issues. Nothing I am saying is untrue I promise you. This is not an exaggeration. I have had to try and confront some of these people myself jumping the pool fence in the middle of the night and causing issues. I was almost jumped by the trespassers and had to call the cops.
