Faye Lauren Hancock is the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, dismissive, and overall lackadaisical. Maybe 25% availability. Gets nothing done. The pool is shut down 75% of the time and gates are always broken.

I moved in around November last year and have enjoyed living here so far. The buildings are new, the fixtures are nice, and the amenities are brand new. I like being less than 10 minutes to the beach and theres New Smyrna Dog Park about a mile away which is great for my pup. The people are friendly and the staff has been helpful and love it this time of year in Florida. Way nicer than chicago winters!
