I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this apartment complex. I applied for an apartment that was supposed to be ready by a specific date, but it was not available when I needed to move in. I paid a $375 application fee, which is not cheap, and when I asked for a refund, I was treated with complete disrespect.
The assistant manager hung up on me, spoke to me rudely, and even told me she didn’t have to listen to me. She also promised to call me back several times but never... followed through.
When I finally spoke to the manager, at first he seemed understanding and asked me to send an email explaining the situation. I did exactly that, but he never responded to any of my emails or phone calls afterwards. I even went back to the office, and he left me sitting in front of his glass office without acknowledging me until I eventually left. Since then, I have not received any valid response.
Because of their broken promises and unprofessional behavior, I had to pay for a storage unit and a hotel while scrambling to find another apartment. This was not only financially draining but also extremely stressful. For a place that claims to be a “luxury” apartment complex, the treatment I received was anything but professional. Since we’re on our fifth management team since opening, it’s safe to say the chaos is understandable. Garbage everywhere, pet droppings everywhere, noise complains unaddressed, maintenance issues ignored, and management who literally tells you “nothing we can do about it” and “it is what it is”. Renter beware. Keishawn and the tour will sell you on it, but that’s where the pleasantries end.

Had multiple appliances not work upon moving in still waiting for resolution and it’s been over 5 weeks

When we moved in both the dishwasher and washing machine did not work it’s been TWO MONTHS and the issue still is not fully resolved DO NOT DO IT

We've lived here since this place first opened back in 2021 and it was great the first year, but as soon as the new management kicked in it's just gone down hill. The main security gate breaks all the time (Currently is fully broken and has been for over a week) so the "security" you're offered doesn't exist. Over hangs are missing, there is no more landscaping done (grass is long and uncut, almost 1') the maintenance team is rude and useless. They come to your apartment in announced.
