Staff made/ makes me feel welcomed every time I see them. I had an issue with my apartment on move in and maintenance took care of it.

The front desk is always so nice and so is the pool.

I’ve had such a great experience living here so far! The apartments are really nice, modern, and cozy, and I honestly love coming home to my space. The staff has also been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance. I really appreciate how easy they are to talk to and how they make residents feel comfortable. The community itself feels clean and well taken care of, and I love the overall atmosphere here. Vibe is a very fitting name, because apparently the entire maintenance department is running purely on vibes

Living here has taught me that apparently a maintenance request can be marked “completed” through the power of imagination. The problem can still be happening, but as long as the app says complete, I guess we’re all supposed to believe it.

Our AC was not working from the first day we moved in and it took around two weeks to get it functioning while my bedroom was sitting around 80°F.... Their own lease addendum discusses maintaining proper cooling during the summer and circulating air once temperatures reach 78°F, so that was a great start.

Since then, the AC has broken around 5–6 more times. Maintenance comes, does something to it, marks the work order complete, and then shortly afterward it stops working again. At this point the maintenance strategy seems to be: show up, touch the AC, close the work order, and hope nobody notices when it breaks again.

One maintenance employee even blamed us for the AC problems because the thermostat fan was set to “ON” instead of “AUTO.” That would have been a much better argument if a previous maintenance employee wasn’t literally the person who changed it to ON in the first place. So apparently maintenance can change the settings, the AC can continue breaking repeatedly, and somehow the resident still gets blamed. Incredible system.

The condition of the apartment at move-in was another experience. The toe-kick/base piece underneath the kitchen sink was loose, and behind it we found garbage and an empty water bottle left there. Nice little complimentary scavenger hunt.

The baseboards also don’t even fully touch the floor in multiple areas, leaving visible gaps that aren’t properly sealed. Basically, the ants have their own private entrances into the apartment. When I first moved in, my bedroom had such a bad fire-ant problem that I was waking up in the middle of the night with multiple bites on my arms.

And somehow, on top of all of this, you can still get attitude for continuing to report problems that were never actually fixed. If you’re going to close unfinished work orders and make residents repeatedly request the same repair, at least don’t act annoyed when they notice the thing is still broken.


If the AC has broken six times, maybe the problem isn’t the thermostat.

Moving into Vibe Orlando was a great experience. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the move-in process was smooth. Overall, I’m really happy with the place and would definitely recommend it!

Move in was smoothly executed. Personnel and staff made it an excellent acquisition. From the moment I walked in , it was like fresh air of positivity. So far impressed with my own apartment and building construction as well.
