It is a very good community to live, the environment is super nice and I feel like my hometown. I love the nature everywhere and the lake view from my balcony brings me such good vibe and energy.

Highway Noise

Be aware of where your apartment is located in the community. If you are in the back you will be right by the Turnpike. Car noises are heard 24/7 and frequently wake me up in the night.

Maintenance is slow to fix issues. Before Greystar took over I could count on maintenance fixing an issue within 48 hours. Now it'll take them 2 weeks to show and maybe fix it.

Our toilet started running and had maintenance out 6 plus times to try and resolve the issue. The issue didn't get resolved until I... complained to the leasing office and they sent maintenance out same day.
