So far my experience at SUR has been great. Like any other community, there are issues and some minor maintenance inconvenience, but they are always ready to provide a solution and they do care about your opinion. Yesenia from the management team is extremely reliable in the last 2 years I have been here.

As I approach two years of living here, I just wanted to say how much I’ve genuinely enjoyed it. It’s been peaceful, safe, and truly feels like home. I appreciate all the work that goes into keeping things running smoothly around here. The amenities have really added to the experience, and the activities and events you all put together for the residents do not go unnoticed.
Thank you for all you do, my daughter and I truly love living here.

Mi experiencia en Sur Lake ha sido la mejor que he tenido en 4 comunidades del la misma zona y el mismo estatus. El compromiso del staff administrativo es increíble, la comunicación es siempre accesible, estamos encantados con todas las actividades que se realizan en la comunidad para intégranos y compartir. La resolución de los problemas de mantenimiento de la comunidad general y de las unidades es expedito! estoy feliz de estar en esta comunidad pero especialmente tengo que agradecerles a... Velousse y a Yesenia por ser unas personas maravillosas, empíricas y comprometidas ! Bendiciones
My experience at Sur Lake has been the best I’ve had among the four communities I’ve lived in within the same area and status. The commitment of the administrative staff is incredible, and communication is always accessible. We are delighted with all the activities organized within the community to help us connect and share with others.
Maintenance issues—both in the general community and in individual units—are resolved promptly! I’m truly happy to be part of this community, but I especially want to thank Velousse and Yesenia for being such wonderful, dedicated, and experienced people. Blessings!
