My apartment is great in spite of the microwave that needs replacing. I am confident the team will be working on taking care of it. Mandy is doing an excellent job at ensuring things get fixed, replaced, or are addressed in a timely manner. I enjoy living in this complex, my apartment is wonderful. Because it is an older complex I expect things to need replacing or repair on occasion. Mandy and the girls in the office have been on top of getting things done. I am quite happy with their... response to any issues. If you submit a repair request they are on too of it THAT day or no later than the next day. You can’t ask for more than that as a tenant. And again this is a beautiful neighborhood and I am happy I chose to move here.

My experience here at Sanctuary has been a pleasure. My leasing agent Bria made my transition the easiest of all of my moves. Anything that I requested was answered in a timely fashion, and she has been very accommodating in making sure that my unit was something that she would have felt comfortable in moving into herself.

My experience with sanctuary at eagle creek has been poor. When moving in our apartment was not ready, including not being clean, dirt trapped under wax that was never fixed, not being painted, dryer and stove both broken. These issues were addressed and marked completed when no one ever showed up. I had to go into the office a week after not being able to use my dryer and stove to investigate why they were not fixed. The Supervision from the office to maintenence is poor and when contacting the... office about it, they apologize and offer to fix it. With better supervison the maintenence repairs could be more professional and efficient.
