Moved in November 2025, and very happy with my experience. Sandra helped me and my wife through the entire process. she was fantastic! Very kind and thorough- which i really appreciate because moving is stressful enough. The service team also were always super friendly and always got our requests done as soon as they could. I moved into the complex after Disney sold it from the college program, so about five years ago now. At first, the original management was caring and helpful. Since Trion bought the property, they stopped caring about using an online system to get packages so they aren't stolen, they stopped paying from trash pickup for three weeks (garbage was everywhere, as well as odor and bugs). They also Act as if it is a huge inconvenience to pick up a package at 5:30pm when they close at 6pm. They stopped... renovating apartment yet prices increase drastically, not just due to the location or the economy. They also never cared to fix the guard gate or put any thought into the property. While Basil is a wonderful staff member, this complex is severely overpriced for the lack of support from property management, upkeep, and safety. From trees falling blocking the road, lights strobing, maintenance refusing to clean or repair broken appliances (they will literally take your broken appliance and put it in someone else's apartment as if it's not broken), the renovated apartments are merely the dcp apartments with the landlord white paint everywhere. The complex is also not safe at... night, with tenets hosting ragers, and consistently hearing fighting and thrown furniture/belongings etc from multiple neighbors. Strangers banging on our doors, peering into our windows, using our address to mail packages to themselves, even stealing our own packages, I would not recommend this complex in good faith. Terrible management. Most of the residents don’t follow any of the leasing terms. Noisy and disrespectful neighbors and the management will never do anything about it. The complex is old and dirty. They’ve remodeled some of the units but I would hardly consider it a remodel. Runaway while you still can. There is plenty of better places for the same money in the area.

Great location. Apartments are still a little dated but the complex is working on some updates. Amenities are okay but very slim, gym is small and dated.
