Terrible management. They are tone deaf and don’t care. Trash is everywhere. Your car will be towed with zero warning. No seriously. If you park here they’ll find a reason and it’s the worst tow company known to man. They tore down the gate bc they didn’t want to fix it but have no issues raising rent. They took the games out of the common area which is always locked bc the hours are business hours and you know people work. This place use to be Really nice and current management just ruined it... . Your feedback isn’t a concern and every complaint is met with an immediate excuse. Check the reviews the only good ones are about the “parties” and from people who don’t live here.

Noise issues
Management won’t do anything about noise issues. Only thing they always say is we can move if we want. Never addressed the other tenanats and if anything they made it worse. Then found out they work for the company so they won’t do anything about it.

Worst Place to Live In
I moved here in february and I’m looking to move out ASAP. Management win the worst customer service medal ever. They answer your issues after 20 days. I reported my new ESA and they charged me $500 for having a ESA and pet rent.

Amazing place to live!!!
The best apartment stay I’ve had!!! Great staff!!! Friendly and always helpful!!! My experience living here couldn’t have been better!!! They made my transition to Orlando fantastic and well worth it!!! Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice apartment in a nice area!!! They check all the boxes!!!!

Do not live here
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Once again one of us gets towed from our own residence even though we have the decal in our car where they tell us to put it. When they first started this decal system they made you bring your car to the front and they placed it in the cars themselves. Now they just hand it to you and tell you to go put in your windshield. They told my roommate that they would not pay her back for her parking ticket because they thought that the sticker was not visible enough. Also they allow... only TWO cars per unit and anything more you now have to pay 25 extra dollars a month per car...even if you’re in a three bedroom apartment. Just another way to take more of your money.
