When I moved in, there was a strong urine smell throughout the apartment. I had to purchase my own air filter, replace the toilet seat, mop the entire place thoroughly, and deal with a washer and dryer that did not work properly from the start. These issues made the initial move-in very difficult.

The ongoing noise disturbances from Unit 4212 above me—including constant stomping, banging, clacking, dragging sounds, dogs fighting, and screaming—have continued since day one despite multiple... emails and numerous videos sent (including recent ones showing my dog Bubba reacting in fear). This has significantly impacted my quality of life and mental health.

I previously wrote a very fantastic review for the community because I wanted to be positive, but the persistent problems have made it hard to maintain that view.
I appreciate that Community Manager Tiana has been responsive and is actively working on addressing the noise issue with additional notices. She is the only one who has shown consistent effort to help.

However, the combination of poor initial unit condition and the unresolved noise has left me very dissatisfied overall. Came across this complex on accident and it had truly been the best thing that could’ve happened. The leasing office staff, the floor plans, the prices. Everything has been 10/10

I’ve had a good experience living at this apartment community. The property is well maintained, the staff is responsive and professional, and the location is convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I’d recommend it to others.

The location has to be the best part of Encore Metro at Millenia. So close to the millenia mall and near so many store such as super target! Not to mention universal is also a 15 minute drive.
