Everybody at the office and Maintenance they always go extra mile to help me and other people here they always try to do the best in work and service. I’m very satisfied the way they tricked me. I am totally blind and they always try to work with me and everything I do or I need yeah I see and we other people talk that they say they do a good job in the office are Maintenance. I’m very satisfied to leave here. Would love to live here.

I appreciate residing downtown Orlando near transportation, laundry and grocery store. I enjoyed events walking distance from City View Avanath apartments. I remain hopeful repairs will be done soon and new staff will improve quality of residential experiences

I love my apartment but with the exception of the entire building being in disarray. As someone who has physical issues, it makes it hard to navigate getting in and out of the building. There doesn’t seem to be any resolution on completion time in sight.

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an update regarding the progress at City View. We are pleased to report that the build-back work has commenced in all units located on the third floor, as... well as in the common areas. We are confident that the restoration of the third-floor units and amenities will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2026. Work on the Second floor is scheduled to begin before the end of this quarter, and we anticipate its completion by the end of the second quarter. Some of the delayed are related to city permits to include the elevators. Should there be any changes to this timeline, we will communicate those updates promptly. City View is in a very convenient area love the fact that there are restaurants right down stairs and you can walk just a block to the kea center and downtown night life is also just a few blocks away you don’t even have to move your car from the garage it’s great also the rooftop pool is AMAZING
