Staff Disrespectful & VERY Unprofessional. They Lie So Much Here & Don’t Communicate And Don’t Respect They Renters Nor Do They Act Like We Are Welcomed It’s Horrible Here I Just Moved Here Now & It’s Sooo Much Already! Definitely Need Better Staff Overall

This building has gone down since the Avanath group has taken over! We have been without our main elevators working for well over 2 months! Totally unacceptable and yet there’s no rent deduction or word of what’s going on! The rooftop parking lot is full of trash and is never cleaned up and only gets nastier each week! Mold is throughout the building! The bottom floor has been under renovation for well over a year and we’ve not had access to the pool room or any other amenities that we should... have! There needs to be backup lights in the hallways on all floors! Residents are not happy and there seems to be no urgency in getting this building up to where it’s supposed to be!

This was an amazing 3 years and very affordable option! I have appreciated the entire team at city view and I am going to miss the West side!
