This apartment complex is in a good area of Orlando. The apartments are Ok and the recently started having security patrol the area. My car was vandelized a 2 times. The staff in the office have poor customer service skills.
They have gone through several staff changes but the current staff members are especially rude.

With new management coming in slowly this property is turning around. They added gym renovations and little umbrellas to the pool and did outward little aesthetic things that make it better. To the apartment themselves they have to fix the carpets install new appliances that are very old. They also have to make it a point to really change things that are past their prime. So to me it has alot of work to be done to become a average star type of apartment.
