Se demoran por todo, tienen excusas para todo, mi apartamento huele feo a humedad y nadie me soluciona, pedi q me cambien y dijeron q es imposible y solamente llevo 2 meses ahi y tengo un apartamento q tiene hasta las puertas del closet oxidadas.. me entregaron un apartamento en condiciones regulares he ido cada semana a q me arreglen siempre una cosa diferente, yo no pido lujo, pido dignidad

El servicio es pésimo. Y mientras entregan los apartmentos a los nuevos inquilinos remodelados y bonitos. A los residentes que llevamos años con ustedes los apartamento están deteriorados.. ah pero si tenemos que pagarles la misma cantidad de dinero que los nuevos residentes que tienen todo nuevo. Por eso es que me voy de aquí el mes que viene terminando el contrato antes de tiempo... la realidad es que esto aquí no sirve

I think the office has a serious problem with communication and courtesy. I have only been here a week and already feel unwelcomed by staff and unheard.

In my personal experience, I've made multiple requests and they've rarely fixed the problem, or like this last time I requested a repair because of the cockroaches, and they just put a piece of foam with tape on the laundry room door frame—in other words, they did something different. For me, that's an area that needs improvement.
