Great place to live! I get to take my dog to the park! I love the lake scenery on long walks. Great distance from school, and a great shuttle bus right in the middle!

I’ve been at Arden villas going on 6-7 years and while things are of course not perfect. Overall I’d say my stay here has been satisfactory ! The staff is extremely helpful and I do see the complex doing things to try and make the living experience worthwhile. The biggest “issue” I guess you can say while it not really being Arden Villas fault is the price of rent is a bit steep with what is provided. However, I think compared to its competitors and the area in which we are the price can be... argued it’s somewhat fair. I would love to potentially see residents who were here for a long period of time receive some type of incentive for sticking around, whether that be gift cards, rent discounts, etc. Overall , if someone were to need a place to stay in a good area , Arden Villas is where it’s at
