I’m currently living at Arden Villas, and I honestly really love it here! The community feels safe and welcoming, and the staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
My apartment is super cozy and gets great natural light, which I love. The location is super convenient, and the amenities, especially the gym and the pool, make a big difference in my daily routine.
I’ve had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that... feels like home!

I’m really tired of the roaches. Everyday I have to kill over 10 of them and nothing seems to be working to prevent them because it isn’t just my apartment infested with them, it’s the whole complex. I received an email two weeks ago saying pressure washing for the breezeways would begin .. not sure where because my breezeway & walkway are disgusting. An orange has been sitting on the stairwell for a month now. There was a puddle of vomit for god knows how long and the stain is still there.... Another thing I’d like to add is how we are told to leave our trash bags outside our doors and maintenance will come and dispose of them… when? Received an email two weeks ago that the pool will be under maintenance until further notice … one of your only amenities and like I said it’s been two weeks and it’s still closed. We get email replied that all this is being worked on and they like to blame the old property management .. hasn’t been much of a difference since yall came in.

Our team is actively pressure washing the breezeways and stairwells, but with 12... buildings, this is being completed in phases and we appreciate your patience as we work through them. Regarding trash removal, valet trash is included in your monthly service, and schedules have been communicated via email. We remain committed to improving areas of the community and are continuously addressing items that need attention. For pest control, service is available every Tuesday upon request, and if you're experiencing any issues, please don't hesitate to submit a work order or contact the office so we can ensure your unit is treated.
