Great place to live. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. Gym is open 24/7. Nice staff! The apartment complex feels safe at night, however, there’s no parking, which is a common problem in Orlando.

So far it has been decent, aside from the charges that I did not agree to nor were they in my statement of charges on my lease and the fact that I cannot use 2 of my appliances since they are broken. Staff is sometimes friendly.

Living at Arden Villas near UCF has been a mixed experience. The location is convenient, especially for students, with easy access to campus, shops, and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and affordable compared to other options nearby, which is a plus. However, maintenance and cleanliness have been challenges. When I first moved in, I noticed dust, damaged shelving, and even pests in the common areas, which made settling in difficult. While maintenance requests can be submitted, the... response time is not always consistent, and some issues take longer to resolve than expected. On the positive side, the amenities like the pool and gym are nice, and parking is generally available. Overall, Arden Villas works if you prioritize location and space, but there are definite improvements needed in upkeep and attention to detail.

The housing community is kind and helpful. They have a variety of amenities. There is limited parking however, but the community is overall good.

Overall, great community and apartment complex! Offers great amenities to all and a variety of apartments you can choose from, as far as setup, is great. Well taken care of complex, and the staff is very helpful when needed.
