Before real estate, she thrived as a territory manager, sharpening her skills in sales, branding, and relationship building. She transitioned into real estate in 2017 and quickly stood out—earning “Rookie of the Year” in 2018 and becoming her brokerage’s No. 1 agent in sales by 2020, the same year she became a licensed broker. Now the owner of her own brokerage, Meshell continues to raise the bar with her full-service approach.
