I love living here! The Gull 2 BR floor plan is spacious, modern, and great price! If you are going to live in North Port, this is the prime location; everything is close by and a lot within walking distance. Amenities, staff and grounds are all top notch! Well done!!

Good place to live , I would like to leave my sincere opinion and without intending to cause discomfort , I just need to improve in some respects , such as areas of very dirty parking lots , screws , pieces of wood and lots of soil , they should clean it and replace it with water and its poor quality .

Everything has been good. Any and all issues get resolved quickly. Great staff! Love the events and food trucks. The pool area has been a great place to meet other residents.

This is a great place to live! Very well maintained, great location and many perks included! Don’t feel like sitting at home? Try heading to the pool for a dip, then relax in the spacious hot tub while your grill is fired up with lunch. Don’t forget to play a little cornhole or foozeball with the fam or friends too! Relax and unwind at one of the multiple fire pit areas to end the day! Those are just some of the amenities I enjoy as a resident.

Seamless move-in process. Leasing office was extremely accommodating and helpful. So far, living experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. We’re so excited we chose The Southerly as our new family home.
