I lived there over 2 years, perfect

This is very safe and quiet place, very easy to park 2 cars and good gym. The service team are the best and managers too. School very close and close to i75 highway also. Very good place for a family.

i lived there 13 months

Things were ok with the initial company when we moved in. We were one of the first families to move in. A couple months Larter ZRS took over and it was just blaming the previous company for everything. The management team if I remember right didn't even work for ZRS they were contracted out, so they cared about nothing. Yes, dumpster overflowed for weeks the property just got dirtier and dirtier. There was no security car were constant being damaged and run into or broken into on a routine basis... . It also wasn't fenced in when we were told they were building a fence for the property. We had the 3 bedroom, and it was ok at best a lot of wasted space if I could have toured the unit before moving to Michigan, I would have gone somewhere else altogether.

Awful!!! Don’t rent

After ZRS management took over everything took a dive. All they do is blame previous management. Our halls are dirty, the lawn is not maintained, they close amenities for weeks with no email or notification whatsoever. Our community bathrooms do not lock or are propped open and nonresidents have been found sleeping in the bathrooms. People are harassed in the parking lots and the police are here quite often

Don’t bother

5 months into our lease a new management company took over. That was 2 months ago- horrible!!!! The dumpsters are over flowing since it’s not gated, no parking, no communication from the property manager about anything! The hot tub and grill are always broken. Paying top dollar means nothing here- gross and dirty!

Don’t ..

Absolutely HORRIBLE.
Brand new and I was appalled with the poor construction. You can literally hear basic conversations of your neighbors, including intimate sessions. Just imagine if you can hear that so clearly, what it sounds like when a toddler or a dog goes running across floor and picture frames fall off the wall in your apartment.

We pay a hefty rent for the Luxury amenities here and sadly these amenities are often not functional.
• I’ve found the hot tub cold and not working on...
multiple occasions.
• The mailroom hasn’t been operational since the first week we moved in and we have been experiencing package thefts.
• valet trash is a joke. I have had to take my own trash out multiple times and the dumpsters are overflowing. Some poor souls have the dumpsters as a view from their balcony. ??
• parking is a struggle and good luck if u are a girl walking from your car at night. The community is not gated and non-residents are often lurking around.

I haven’t met a resident that isn’t unhappy w living here. Can’t wait til our lease is up and we can get out of here.
