Since the new management company took over there have been incredible improvements the side gates work, they put in a new garage gate, the property looks and feels cleaner and safer, you can truly tell that the people they have in the office now care about this community and the residents and making this place better, there is still some room from improvement but I know with the people they have there now they will get it done, so happy to be here at west end I look forward to staying here and... can’t wait to see what comes next!

Under New Management
This place has greatly improved! I’ve noticed halls being cleans and painted, the garage gate has been fixed, maintenance responses are so much faster and the staff is very friendly and approachable. The parking has improved and they have removed broken down vehicles. The changes are very noticeable. I love my apartment- my view to the river is outstanding and probably my favorite part of living here. I’m happy that I renewed my lease because without these changes- I definitely would have left... otherwise. Great job!

This place is an complete DUMP
They have 72 units available and the apartments across the street have 12. Numbers don't lie. The place is only 3 or 4 years old and its worse then property's that are 30 years old. The do not maintain this property at all. Grills don't work, the county jail probably looks better then the hallways here. When you put in a maintenance request they don't fix it. But say they did. This place is a pig with lipstick.

Not ready for prime time.
Almost a year after construction completed and still lots of issues. Security gates not functioning. Management slow to react and quick to blame others. Some amenities off line with no potential for use (outdoor grills, tvs, fire pits). Interior cleaning is bad. With the proposed rent increases (up to 40%) set to hit upon lease end, I cannot say this is a luxury property worth the cost.
