Ill begin with the few positive things about this place. First, the apartments are very spacious. Plenty of lights and closets. Very spacious balcony. Also, it has a very large pool area. However, the apartment place is not that clean. I want strongly state that it is not the fault of the employee but of the residents. Many people leave garbage in the elevators on the weekends. Also, make room for the Roaches! there are to many to fight. Also, if you have complaints don't even try calling the... office. The lady in the office never answers the phone. Last, if your AC breaks, may the God be with. It may take them more than a week to get it fixed....

Not so great
Horrible Management. Community will not make a effort to keep the area clean. The employees, I must say!, are very humble and nice but the community gives to much work(poor lady). Community leaves old furniture in front of the elevators. At times, you'll find urine, garbage, and old furniture(rarely you'll find just one of the thing just mentioned) on both elevator and staircase, during weekends. Security not serious, work schedule am-10pm. I have personally walked in on the security guard... smoking marijuana in the staircase(I could careless). Community has stolen the front crystal door before.... to this day I am not sure what the security guards are there for. Almost forgot, the pool is clean every like two months, once cleaned it will last like a few days until dirty again. People that are not from the apartments always walking around. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating. My contract will be over in a month, so ill be moving far far away from this area.

Suncaost apartment
I came here an emergency ,and I live here for one year the maintenance is terrible there is bugs everywhere ,bedbugs biting my kids,fleas and we don't any dog have in the house,when I went to the office they send people to taking care of it , but I guess they did not do a good job ,so I had go to Home Depot for the hole year to keep buying spray for the house, I stay in there the school year already started for my kids,and it's not easy to find an apartment to my kids' school,look a place where... you live with your kids supposed to be clean,and I paid $1200 for two bedroom and two baths it's not how much money you pay it must be clean regardless .And I hope for the that stay or coming they change the maintenance.
