Drive past and don't get FOMO.

The noise in the building is constant. The building was built poorly.. The whole building shakes at certain times and you wonder if this will be the next Champlain incident. Lack of communication via email and the manager is so busy you can never get in touch with him. The tenants with pets have no respect for other tenants and there is a lot of pet owners who allow their pets to pee and poop in the hallway! Disgusting at times, to say the least. Only positive is the concierge desk attendants... will sympathise and are nice but not effective in getting a resolution to visitor parking, tenant noise or pet poop
