I went on a tour for a studio. Over the phone they told me it was one price when I got there I was told it was more expensive. The apartment smelled like smoke and the outside was not well kept. Would never live there if I had a choice.

I have been here for almost two years now, and when I first moved in, I was told the issues I was experiencing would be fixed. It's now two years later and nothing has changed. The ENTIRE complex is infested with roaches, they're in the building structures, under the floors, in the pipes, and air conditioning systems. They "spray" once a month-but only in the kitchen, and it's NEVER enough. They crawled on my bed, on me in the shower, etc. Absolutely disgusting. I am allergic to roaches and this... has made my allergies worse. Also, there is black mold in all the air conditioning vents (a total of 4). A few months ago, they came to replace the air conditioner and cleaned out all the ducts. Instead of replacing the moldy vents-they spray painted over them. The mold is still growing and is also making me very sick. It's been over 2 months since I put in a "work order" and no one has come out to address the issue. I have taken legal action against this property and will continue to do so until they fix their slum property. FBI/SWAT have been here on numerous occasions, police, drug addicts walking around and coming to your door asking for money. They let anyone move in here, and there is actually a drug dealer that just moved in above me. I do not feel safe taking my dog for walks or even taking him outside to use the bathroom at night. Laundry always gets stolen and they do nothing about it. I went in to complain, I wasn't nice because I am frustrated. I didn't name-call anyone directly, just commented on how disgusting this property is. That same night, I got a "7-day termination" notice on my door. They'd rather throw you out than fix the problem. They're well aware of the issues and choose to turn a blind eye. Looked at studio that was redone ? Horrible quality work and the premises are very dirty. The sidewalks are filthy never cleaned and the washer/dryer area is dirty and always broken. If this is new management they need to change their staff. Only positives I can say are residents are mostly hard working people and they deserve better than this for these prices. Also garbage area is disgusting.
