It’s a really nice place to live, we love it so much. Clean, safe and friendly. I love how they care and listening to the residents requests.

We've been here for one week and we absolutely love the floor plan. Open concept and high ceilings don't disappoint. Along with stainless steel kitchen appliances. Plus a screened lanai that overlooks the lake. Also the staff is very nice and helpful.

My only issue is that some of the units have blooming flowers, like dwarf ixora plant or Dranaenc accent plant. I just don't understand why all the units don't have that. Which they show on the website as having. Right now I have dead weeds which... they probably just sprayed and live weeds outside the lanai door. However, I do appreciate the green bushes and small palm tree, but would also love if they could make curb appeal much better with color. After all, we are in beautiful Florida where beautiful plants thrive.
In the meantime, I will have to purchase some pots and plants to fill them with, to add some beautiful colors to give it what it needs. Hopefully the management will consider this, or explain why it's this way. Read More

I love the community and people— it’s so quiet and everyone is friendly (staff and neighbors alike). Overall I would recommend anyone, especially those with a young family, pets, and who are wanting a quieter/reserved lifestyle, to check out Fiore!

We love living here. Plain and simple. People are responsible and respectful of their neighbors.

I would like to see the gates work at some point for more than a day, before someone tries driving in the exit and breaks them again.
