This beautiful, furnished vacation condo at The Wave is available Mid March 2026 through the end of the year 2026 2026 Rent is as follows with utilities included... Mid March through April, $6000/ month May 2026 $4500 June and July, $5000 August $4500 September, October, and November $4000, December and January 2026 $5000, Feb through April $6500 this includes utilities, HOA, and property taxes paid per owner. $200 clean, $75 booking fee and 12.5% taxes of total. Multiple months rented will give you a $100 discount off each month starting after 2 months. For example, rent 3 months, take $200 of rental rate off second and third month. Long term (6 months and more) is $4500 without utilities and will also have a Security Deposit $4500.00 and application fee $150. The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units!
